Therefore, it is quite important to check the Liquid Petroleum Gas cylinders thoroughly for any leakage or hazards. Unchecked cylinders may lead to hazardous accidents through cylinder bulging or leakage.

Why should you only purchase from authorized distributors ?
Yes, scammers are everywhere! It’s the same as the case of LPG distribution too. Few vendors distribute duplicate cylinders with fake seals or even without seals at less cost. Also, they use reputed names like Reliance Gas and distribute unauthorized cylinders. People who are not aware of these scammers may buy the cylinders and get into irreplaceable trouble. These vendors are pretending to be authorized and not filling the proper weight of gas in the cylinders.
Steps to know if the vendor is authorized
- Never go for unauthorized vendors without checking the authenticity.
- Check the Reliance Gas seal on the cylinder during the delivery of your cylinder. All of our cylinders have the Reliance seals on them.
- If the seal is broken, we will replace it without a doubt, but unauthorized vendors don’t.
- Check for the re-testing due date which is on the cylinder stay plate.
- During the time of delivery, check for the gas leaks by using soap solution.
- Never open the flame to check leaks.
- Our agents open the seal in your presence. If they do not, never accept as there is a chance of scam.
- Check for the accurate weight of our cylinder.
